Powerups: I scattered a few of the less
effective weapons including
chainguns
(spmini.odf), shadowers (apshdw.odf), m curtains
(apmcur.odf),
mortars (apmort.odf), mdm mortars (apmdmg.odf),
sandbags
(apsand.odf), and at-stabbers (apstab.odf) around
the
map along with a little ammo and repair. It will not
respawn
so it should quickly get used up.
Description:
Commander, due to the locations of the geysers, we are dropping
you and
your recycler in one of the canyons. Skyeye has detected small
scrap
fields around your position. We have placed some supplies for
you where
we expect you to meet the enemy. Try not to let them use the stuff
against you before you get around to getting it. We recommend
you leave
your recycler where it is as the cliff should make an attack here
somewhat
easy to stop. The map was originally multst70, but I used a homemade
visual basic text editor to change the bzn file. It works.
Installation Instructions
-------------------------
Before you begin exit Battlezone if it is running.
1) All the files in the zip file need to be unzipped into your
BattleZone\addon directory (folder).
2) Do not modify any of the files in any way! The map will lose
multiplayer compatability.
3) Run batlzone.bat. This will add the line to your netmis.txt
Next time you play multiplayer, you should see "Europa BattleZone"
as one of the available strategy maps. If you have problems installing
the map, make sure you have the following files in your
Battlezone\addon directory (folder): batlzone.bzn batlzone.trn
batlzone.mat batlzone.lgt batlzone.hgt batlzone.bmp batlzone.txt
